Gestational diabetes is the type of diabetes that is seen only in pregnant women. There are various reasons for gestational diabetes including hormonal imbalance, hereditary, over age or obesity, whatever may be the reasons, and it can be easily controlled by following proper diet and regular exercising. Mixed Vegetable Soup
Ingredients of this recipe includes
• Medium sized cabbage
• Cauliflower
• 4 cups sliced carrots
• 2 tabs olive oil
• 2 tabs chopped parsley
• 2 sliced tomatoes
• Pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup sliced parsnip
Preparation Process
This healthy recipe is very easy to prepare. Take a big pan and heat oil in it. Now add parsley, cauliflower, carrot and celery, allow it to cook for 10 – 15 minutes. Now add tomatoes, pepper, and salt and allow it to cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
Healthy Pasta Recipe
Ingredients required for this recipe are as following
• 3 cups of boneless chicken
• 2 cups uncooked pasta
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 2 tabs olive oil
• 2 tabs chopped garlic
• ¼ cup cheese
• 1 cup onions
• ¼ chopped basil
• Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation Process
Grill the chicken for 5 minutes and keep aside. Now take a large non stick pan and heat the oil. Now put mushrooms, onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic, grilled chicken, basil and pour 2 glass of water and allow it to cook. Add pasta and allow it to cook for 10 -15 minutes. Drain after cooked and garnish with cheese and black pepper.
