Ingredients required for this recipe are as following
• 3 cups of boneless chicken
• 2 cups uncooked pasta
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 2 tabs olive oil
• 2 tabs chopped garlic
• ¼ cup cheese
• 1 cup onions
• ¼ chopped basil
• Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation Process
Grill the chicken for 5 minutes and keep aside. Now take a large non stick pan and heat the oil. Now put mushrooms, onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic, grilled chicken, basil and pour 2 glass of water and allow it to cook. Add pasta and allow it to cook for 10 -15 minutes. Drain after cooked and garnish with cheese and black pepper.

This should be injected only through sub-cutaneous route, dose-dependent. The injection should be taken 10-15 minutes before meals.
• Insulin-Lispro protamine injection: This insulin is the mixture of insulin and Lispro protamine. The onset of action is very fast while the duration of action is very long. This should be injected only through sub-cutaneous route, dose-dependent. The injection should be taken 10-15 minutes before meals.
• Insulin injection: They are obtained either from natural source or synthetically prepared. Dose dependent. This should be injected only through sub-cutaneous route, dose-dependent. The injection should be taken 10-15 minutes before meals.

Diabetes general info

Diabetes Mellitus, the medical term for diabetes is derived from the Greek words “syphon” and “sugar”, which literally depict the symptoms of uncontrolled diabetes, i.e. The passing of large amounts of urine containing sugar-glucose.
Diabetes is a “condition” defined by high blood sugar (glucose) levels due to insufficient production of a hormone in the body called insulin. With a lack of insulin the glucose obtained from the food one eats builds up in their blood stream leading to high blood sugar levels, much higher than normal healthy bodies. This high blood sugar level is what leads to many health complications.
The condition is irreversible and can be managed with careful diet control and the proper medication under a physician’s and dietician’s supervision.
Carbohydrates, found usually in wheat, rice, fruits and potatoes are converted into glucose or sugar. Glucose supplies energy to all body cells, which basically means it powers and runs the whole human body, the excess of glucose is stored in the liver and muscles. The receipting proteins along the surface of the cell wall, receive the glucose and pass the cells. Glucose enters cells only if the insulin (hormone) attaches itself to the proteins’ cell wall. It goes and attaches itself to the receptor proteins, and the insulin helps the cells to extract glucose from the blood.
When there is no insulin supply, or insufficient supply, or supply of bad or poor quality, the glucose cannot enter the cells, thus there is not enough energy to run the bod and everything begins to shut down. This slow shut down of the human body is the defining indication of being diabetic.

• Insulin pumps are expensive than the other insulin syringes; but they are easy and accurate to use.
• In the case of patients suffering with diabetes ketoacidosis; the patients who are using the insulin pumps will not receive fast acting insulin to their needs.
• Maintains blood sugar levels and decreases from time to time.

Symptoms of type 1 diabetes

Type 1 diabetes takes just one or two weeks to show its progress. Diabetes can and frequently does go undiagnosed since the symptoms can look risk-free and for some time normal. The early symptoms of type 1 diabetes are:
• Excess production of urine (since the body tries to get rid of the surplus glucose in the urine, reducing it with water),
• excessive thirst,

Kidney ultrasound; this enables the size of kidneys to be imaged and arteries are checked.
? Treatment can be done in many ways, but prevention is better than cure. Medications include particularly ACE inhibitors and Angiotensin receptor blocker in order to curb the kidney damage. Dialysis is the artificial renal treatment. The instrument used to perform the dialysis is haemodialyser; this helps in removal of the wastes from the impure blood.
? Final treatment is with kidney transplantation from the healthy donor, the patient must not have any health complications like viral infections, diabetes, etc.
? The risks can be reduced by controlling the blood sugar levels, drinking plenty of water, avoiding NSAIDs.

What is Diabetes?

In Type 1 diabetes, the immune system attacks the insulin which helps in producing beta cells to the pancreas and destroys them. The pancreas thus produces little or no insulin to the body. They need to take insulin daily to live.

Symptoms of the type 1 diabetes include increased thirst and urination, constant hunger, weight loss, blurred vision, and extreme fatigue. If not treated with insulin, a person can fall into a life-threatening diabetic coma.

Type2 diabetes is a part of metabolic syndrome that results in high or low blood lipids, Elevated blood pressure, and obesity. The pancreas is usually producing enough insulin, due to some unknown reasons, the body cannot utilize the insulin effectively, a condition called insulin resistance. After several years, insulin production decreases. The result is the same as for type 1 diabetes–glucose builds up in the blood and the body unable to make use of its main source of fuel.

Gestational diabetes develops in women at the time of pregnancy.

A random plasma glucose value taken at any time in the day of 200mg along with the symptoms of diabetes.
